Thermal Cameras

For contactless continuous temperature analysis we defined two Infrared Temperature Analysis Kits which are best suiting different market needs. The kits which we have built up are using, high sensitive long wave infrared cameras with different resolutions. The infrared analysis kits are especially suitable for industrial process automation, quality control, process control, scientific research and development, medical and surveillance applications.

Infrared Camera Kit 320

IRC320

Uses a LWIR uncooled microbolometer IRC-320 camera with a spectral response of 8-14 µm wave length and a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels at a frame rate of 40 images per second. IRC-320 has a temperature sensitivity of = 80mK and is using a Gigabit Ethernet communication. The temperature range of the camera as well as the lens can be customized.

The Thermal Camera Kit is running with our flexible Multi Sensor Control project and camera control software allowing you a very simple handling of the camera. MSC is able to dynamically measure in parallel the temperature in four different areas of interest, AOI. Absolute temperature measurements and temperature profiles over time on recorded sequences is also possible The Infrared Camera Kit is supplied in a watertight and unbreakable case including an inboard bag.

IRC 640

IRC-640 has a temperature sensitivity of = 80mK and is using a Gigabit Ethernet communication. The temperature range of the camera as well as the lens can be customized.
