High Speed Camera

For recording fast or very fast processes in industry and orthopedics, we have built several kits according to the different market requirements. The systems we use are considering different high speed cameras with recording speeds varying from 500 to 1200 full frames per second and are available in color or black and white versions.

LuxCam500

The LuxCam500 Video Motion Kit is using a high resolution high speed camera with 1280 x 1024 pixels at a frame rate of 500 full images per second with an internal memory of 2 GB. The camera speed can be increased to 79.500 partial images per second.

LuxCam500

LuxCam500 is a Gigabit Ethernet progressive scan CMOS camera available in color or monochrome mode. The camera has an outstanding image quality and is featuring a compact aluminum housing. LuxCam500 Video Motion Kit is offered with both MSC software and PROTrack software as well as a 50mm, F 1:1,4 lens. Our flexible MSC project and camera control software allows you a very simple handling of the cameras. PROTrack is our easy to use motion analysis software which supplies contactless information of acceleration, speed, distance and angle measurements over time. The LuxCam500 Video Motion Kit is supplied in a watertight and unbreakable case including an inboard bag.

Long Time Recording

The LuxCam500 long time recorder kit is based on a high speed camera with a high resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels on. The industrial PC is equipped with a 2TB SATA RAID system. The recording time varies between 55 up to 220 minutes according to the resolution. The system frame rate is up to 500 frames / second. The recording speed of the camera can be increased at reduced resolution up to 35.000 frames / second. LuxCam500 is a progressive scan CMOS camera will be supplied as black and white or color camera. The camera has excellent image quality and is integrated in a compact aluminum housing.

The LuxCam500 long time recorder comes with our PROTrack software and a 50 mm lens. The flexible project and camera control software allows easy operation of the camera. PROTrack is our also very easy to use motion analysis software which provides a non-contact analysis of the acceleration, speed, distance and angular motion of the object over time. The camera kit comes in a waterproof, rugged carrying case with inside pocket.

LuxCam1200

LuxCam1200 is a high speed camera with a high resolution of 2016 x 2016 pixels at a frame rate of 1.279 frames / second available with an internal memory of 18 GB or 32 GB. The recording speed of the camera can be increased up to 130.650 frames / seconds at reduced resolution. LuxCam1200 is a progressive scan CMOS camera and can be supplied as black and white or color camera. Communication is via a Gigabit Ethernet interface. The camera has an excellent image quality and is integrated in compact aluminum housing.
